The ski condo is a stone's throw away from the Snake River and is connected to the slopes by a short bridge across the river. On the other side, the condo is accessed by U.S. Route 6, the main thoroughway connecting the Summit county to Interstate 70. All the ski condos face the ski slopes and the river. |

Ski Condo Rental Policy 1. The condo is a non-smoking environment. 2. Pets are not allowed in the ski condo. 3. All keys are property of the ski condo and must be surroundered upon check-out. Lost keys are charged $50 per key. 4. Each rental is entitled to two keys to the condo. 5. Cleaning services are provided at a $90 fee per service upon request. Guests are responsible for cleaning of the condo during their stay. Washing/drying machines are available at the Hidden River Lodge on each floor and next to the this condo. 6. Reservations are accepted by credit cards (Master Card or Visa) and checks (only for advanced bookings of one month or more. Subject to collection.) 7. Cancellation Policy: We do our outmost to accommodate our guests with regard to their travel plans, but in order that we may offset damages and charges: Cancellations requested a - more than sixe weeks before arrival are charged 10% of total rental. b - less than 6 weeks but more than one month: 40% charge c - less than a month but more than two weeks: 70% charge d - less than two weeks: NO refund 8. At the time of reservation, half of the total amount of the rental is assessed. |
